This Breathwork & Sound class is the ultimate opportunity to come back to you. Breathwork is a heart-centered practice dedicated to using the power of your breath to get out of your head.
Connect to your body and to allow yourself to truly let go — this type of breathwork is a a 3-part active meditation that works to release stuck energy in the body such as stress, tension or trauma. It allows emotional blocks to clear and can help facilitate a deep, cathartic release. During each class we will use the 3 part breath as well as sound (while we breathe along to a curated playlist) to release stagnant energy, process emotions and create space for radical self acceptance. After our active breathwork practice, this class will end with a 10 minute live sound meditation using crystal singing bowls to ground you back into your body and renewed sense of self. This class will leave you feeling restored, expansive and more deeply connected to your sense of self.
