Here Are Some Key Things You’ll Learn:

You’ll learn to teach really awesome yoga classes.

Our training isn’t just a general overview of all-things yoga. This training is specific, it’s smart, and it’s designed to equip you with the skills you need to lead an awesome yoga class every single time you teach. You’ll never be stuck wondering how to put a class together or how to make sure you’re giving students a good experience. You’ll come out of our training fully prepared to consistently teach strong, smart, inspirational classes.

You’ll advance your personal yoga and meditation practice.

The best way to learn is to teach. This training is extremely experiential. You’ll look super closely at the alignment for each yoga pose and understand where you can make adjustments in your own practice. Ever felt like handstands were totally out of reach? Or crow pose was a no-go? This training will help you figure out why and give you the knowledge to start advancing and moving your practice forward.

You’ll learn to build a successful yoga business.

Being a yoga teacher is really fun, but it’s also a business. Our training will not only give you the skills needed to teach classes, but also to start building a business as a yoga teacher. We’ll break down the reality of working in this industry and what you need to do to make it profitable. We’ll give you tips on how to get hired at studios {including our own!}. Plus, you’ll have a team of senior teachers as your mentors to contact anytime you have questions along the way.

While we focus on teaching the postures and correct alignment principles, there are no physical prerequisites for this training. We believe that your ability to deepen your practice and share it with others is not contingent on your ability to balance your hands.

Nothing can replace in person, in classroom learning. That is what makes our training so special, the interactive group experience. And we also understand that life happens. We are willing to work with you on a case by case basis and would really advise you to not miss more than 1 weekend of training.

We are willing to work with you and find the best option for you to make up the material whether that be booking a private with one of our teachers, sitting in on a parallel YTT group’s lecture, or attending a workshop to cover the subject. Some options may come at extra cost.

While most of our grads are up to amazing things, sharing the practice with folks around the world. A lot of our grads are currently not teaching! A 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is known to be a place where deepening your practice and learning how to become an amazing teacher collide. There is a significant amount of time spent on practicing teaching but always in a way that is fun and inclusive whether you are at the precipice of a career shift or just looking to spend your weekend with like minded people, learning in depth about the roots of this ancient practice.
