Yoga Sculpt is strength training with a yoga brain. Expect smart sequencing, familiar shapes, and just enough heat to feel worked without feeling fried.

Each class blends yoga postures with strength work using light weights, blocks, and your own body weight. The goal isn’t chaos or max reps for the sake of it. We build strength gradually, revisit patterns often, and give your nervous system something steady to hold onto while your muscles do the work.

Sequences repeat in a way that feels intentional, not boring. You’ll start to recognize what’s coming, which means you can focus on form, breath, and actually getting stronger instead of just surviving the playlist. Music is rhythmic and motivating. Cueing is clear and to the point. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, grounded, and pleasantly sore in a “that was worth it” kind of way.
