Jordan Matthews is a RYT-500 yoga teacher, former athlete and dancer turned yogi, and sound meditation guide whose work centers on equilibrium, the breath, and sound. With additional training in Yin Yoga, sound healing, yoga for athletes, and assisted stretching, Jordan guides students into deep states of rest, blending intentional movement with grounding, restorative practices.
His sound journey began with a fascination for how music shifts emotion and perception, inspiring him to explore the neuroscience of sound and its effects on the mind and body. Jordan is currently studying integrative and holistic medicine at Pacific College, where he is pursuing acupuncture and Chinese medicine—an influence that shapes his approach to balance, energy, and embodied awareness.
