PRENATAL + POSTNATAL

This class is for soon-to-be or new mamas. Take time for yourself and connect to your baby during a class that’s the perfect combo of workout and relaxation. Prep your body and breath for the unbelievable day you bring your little miracle into this world. You’ll move through a Vinyasa class designed specifically for women who are pregnant or recently gave birth. You’ll focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, along with opening your whole body in a way that’s totally safe for mom and baby.

BYOBABY POSTNATAL

Take time for yourself and support your body (and mind!) as you adjust to your new role as a parent. In this class, you will shift the focus to you and experience support for both the physical and emotional challenges of parenthood. In each class, you will find a balance of stability, strength, and release as you welcome movement back into your body.

During each class, you will move through a flow designed specifically for strengthening the areas that may have tuned out during pregnancy and support the areas that may feel tight & overworked. You’ll bring support to your pelvic floor, awaken & mobilize your core, and focus on effective breathing with postural awareness of your whole body in a safe & supportive way for new parents. BYOBaby optional!
