Myofascial Release Workshop
Join Leila Kelley for a full body workshop where we will use a variety of self-myofascial release techniques to improve range of motion, enhance performance, and reduce pain.
In this workshop, we will use therapy balls and other props to target muscles large & small for a full body release that will leave you feeling like a new person.
Our club meets once a month, rain or shine, to run along the Hoboken waterfront and unwind afterward with 60 min Yin Yoga Class. Whether you’re a seasoned marathoner or a newcomer to either activity, our group welcomes all skill levels and strives to create a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere.
Each session begins with a run at your own pace followed by a Yin Yoga practice, which focuses on stretching, mindfulness and relaxation.
Join us on the lawn at W Hoboken for The Wind-Down—a luxurious, feel-good evening designed to melt tension and restore your senses. Each session blends slow, stretchy yoga with mindful meditation, sound bath immersion, and occasional reiki healing to help you land softly in your body and breath.
After class, keep the calm going with a complimentary drink at the bar—because balance includes a great cocktail (or mocktail).

We believe in creating space for intentional living and supportive community. That’s why we’re partnering with the Sober Curious Community (SCC) to help end the stigma around sobriety and normalize mindful drinking choices.
We’ll begin with a beginner-friendly slow flow to ground into our bodies and build self-awareness. Afterward, we’ll enjoy NA refreshments and a guided group discussion with SCC founder Annie Ferro, exploring challenges around sobriety, sharing mindset shifts, and supporting each other in the process.
