Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

An 85 Hour Hybrid Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

This prenatal yoga teacher training is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to support pregnant individuals through yoga.
Throughout the in-person weekend, you’ll delve into the art of sequencing prenatal yoga classes, practicing teaching with your peers and real pregnant students. The online portion allows you to finish elements of the course at your own pace and will provide accreditation through Yoga Alliance.

Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

A 15 Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

Join Alex Plante in this restorative yoga training to deepen your understanding  of this gentle healing practice and how to incorporate breathwork.
This course is designed to introduce restorative postures and accompanying breathing techniques to yoga teachers as well as anyone interested in integrating restorative practices into their personal lives. We’ll delve into the nuances of restorative postures, their differences from dynamic vinyasa flows, the anatomy involved, and their effects on the nervous system.

Hands On Assists Training

Learn the thoughtfulness and skill behind hands on assists in a group class

Whether you are new to teaching and want to add to your skill set or a seasoned teacher with a need for a refresher, this course will teach you how to give proper assists in class.

In our Hands On Assists Teacher Training you will:

  • Develop the art of using a verbal assist combined with a physical adjustment to impact the learning and retention of your students
  • Learn modifications for hands-on adjustments that apply to different students’ levels of experience as well as different body types
  • Understanding how to address common postural habits and misalignments in yoga poses
